The Principle of 12 Vision is a structure for church cell groups and church growth. It is based on the idea that each person should mentor and rise up twelve disciples in the Christian faith, and subsequently each disciple would mentor 12 other disciples.
METHODOLOGY To focus on 12 people, pouring your heart and life into them to see them succeed in God's calling for their life. This is done by helping them come to healing, wholeness and to have their character shaped. So they can bare fruit for the Lord.
