To my dearest love wife and brethren,
Grace and peace to you from our Father through the Lord Jesus Christ.
First of, our flight was smooth from Toronto to Manila with stopovers from Detroit and Nagoya. At NAIA, we were met by Pastor Fidel, Bots and Noel, by 11:00 pm and went straight to the Condu.
It was raining hard when we reached the Condu at Ortigas. A storm was forecast in Metro Manila. After unloading our luggages, we went out to take our dinner at Mcdo (the only available fast food at that time) and that was about almost 2:00 am in the morning. By the time, we have settled down to sleep, we know we've got just few hours to sleep. The Condu of course is superb and class and is fully furnished. Pastor Monit and I shared the queen size bedroom while Pastor Fidel slept at the couch in the living room. We have other companion using the other room.

We will find rest in Him. Where do you find rest? Is it in the comfort of your home? Is it in the abundance of your wealth? Is it in the security of your job?
We can only find rest in Christ. He said “Come to Me those who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." (Matthew 11:28-29)

Who are the people you spend the most time with? They could be your family. They could be your employer or co-workers; they could be your friends. Do you think those that are lost need to be saved? Do they know that you are a Christian? Do you know that as a disciple of Christ, you are a light of the world? |
